Dexter: the cow, not the serial killer

On a note unrelated to the ENCM garden, this breed of cattle is pretty darn great. Dexter cattle are naturally small; they were not bred to be miniature, that's just how they are. In the spring I'll be visiting a Tennessee farm that breeds these sweet critters.

Someday, if I own a couple acres outside the city, I'd like a milk cow. If that ever happens, Dexters are my breed of choice (unless one bites me when I visit Clover Bell...).
